Position Summary

TKC is looking for a Regional Manager. This position will be responsible for managing on-sites and commissary employees in the Regional Jails. This position could be up to 50% travel. Along with the company/employee relationship, client relationships are very important and therefore you will be building positive relationships with our clients in order to understand their needs and making sure they are fulfilled as our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop strong working relationships with jail personnel and all on-site employees; this includes the hiring, training, and follow up
  • Maintain equipment in jails and performing repairs as needed
  • Selling supplies to jails
  • Cover shifts when needed in the field to fill vending and commissary orders
  • Handle orders as needed to keep appropriate inventories at jails
  • Analyze date/trends to drive increase in average spend/inmate
  • Prepare for and address any issues identified at the weekly numbers meeting
  • Resolve service tickets (follow process daily)
  • Site Calls (Weekly)
  • Secondary customer service phone support

Minimum Qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to function well with deadlines in a results driven business is critical
  • Must be self-motivated and self-starting
  • Bilingual a big PLUS
